Abstract submission
- ABSTRACT DEADLINE has now passed
- Abstracts will be published online (password protected) and available to registered delegates at the time of the meeting.

Oral Presentations
- Presentations must be created in PowerPoint, format 16:9.
- 10 minutes for presentations with 5 minutes for questions (total 15 minutes). Very important to keep time schedule!
- Technicians will be present and responsible for all technology during the lectures.
- No personal laptops may be used as it may not be compatible with the equipment on site.
- Instructions:
- send electronic copy of your slides to the av team at the conference by 28th August at the latest at avhelpdesk@rcpsg.ac.uk.
- file name in format “OP1_Surname of first author” eg “OP1_Backman”. Check your presentation number which are between OP1 and OP21.

Poster Sessions
Posters will be displayed on electronic poster boards in three parallel sessions on both days. The electronic poster boards are landscape: Width 145cm x Height 83.5 cm and presentation should be similar to a usual poster. Posters should be prepared as a single slide in PowerPoint ratio 16:9.
As in previous years there will be guided poster discussions and you should be prepared to present your poster for 3 minutes with 2 minutes discussion.
Note posters will be made available to participants in electronic format in a password protected part of this website for the duration of the meeting.
Instructions:
send electronic copy of your poster to the av team at the conference by 28th August at the latest at bookings@1599.co.uk. This deadline is critical to allow posters to be uploaded to the electronic poster boards and website.
file name must be in format “PP1_Surname of first author” eg “PP1_Backman”. Check your presentation number which are between PP1 and PP82.
